Incident Command System

The Incident Command System (ICS) is used to manage an emergency incident or a non-emergency event. It can be used equally well for both small and large situations.

The system has considerable internal flexibility in that it is cost effective and efficient. It can grow or shrink to meet different needs, and can be applied to a wide variety of emergency and non-emergency situations.
